preparation

Beat egg in a bowl. Add seasoned soup base and shiitake extract, and gently mix.
Divide bite-sized kamaboko fish paste, bamboo shoots, and chicken among each cup.
Carefully pour the egg mixture through a strainer over the ingredients into each cup.
Steam for 10 minutes.
