Preparation
Combine all ingredients with surimi (minced fish paste),
except the shrimp. Blend in a food processor.
Combine the blended paste and shrimp and form into cutlets.

Batter
Combine all ingredients except panko.
Cover the shrimp cutlets with the mixture, and then dredge the patties with panko.
Deep fry for 4-5 minutes in oil heated to 170℃.

Rinse 3 cups of uncooked rice with running water and then soak in water for 30 minutes.
Mix the seasoning ingredients at left.
Add all seasoning ingredients (approx. 60g) to the rice cooker. Drain the water from the rice,
add to the seasoning in the rice cooker. Add more water as necessary to fill up to the 3-cup
line on the cooker, then press the ON button.
