We place importance on employing a comprehensive Quality Management System to ensure our food ingredients are safe and high-quality. The system is based on ISO 9001:2015, an internationally recognized family of strict quality management standards.
HALAL– Thai Nikken is Halal-certified. Halal certification is a process by which a credible Islamic organization certifies that a company’s products can be lawfully consumed by Muslims.
Thai Nikken Foods flavors are comprised of Halal-certified natural raw materials, and strict control is maintained over both the quality and manufacturing process of our products. Operations started in Thailand in 2012 and we have continually strengthened our supply system with the aim of marketing heathy flavors and products throughout ASEAN member states, meeting the needs of Islamic countries and all ethnic cultures.All Thai Nikken products are fully Halal-certified.
Obtaining Halal certification requires product compliance with Islamic-based Halal standards. Standards for factory “health” (hygienic environment and sound governance), cleanliness, safety, and product quality must all be met. All 58 Halal-registered items manufactured in our Thai Nikken factory meet Halal standards (as of September 2017).
All Thai Nikken products and raw ingredients meet Halal standards and are strictly controlled.
Nikken flavor products allow easy adjustment of tastes to accentuate the five palates— sweetness, saltiness, sourness, bitterness, and umami. Compared to processed foods, our natural flavors offer a deeper, richer taste.

MUI – certification by Indonesian Halal organization At present, such certification extends to one item (Soy Bean Paste Powder T-4).
DOF – marine product export license At present, we export bonito, shrimp, oysters, etc. to ASEAN nations and beyond.
We have export license of DLD (Department of Livestock Development) for animal husbandry product,By this license, we can export our chicken product to overseas market and we are able to expand other animal husbandry products for export in the near future.
